How can we engage workplaces to show their support towards the LGBTQ+ community and build a supportive environment in a remote working world?
Wear it Purple Day 2021’s theme is focused on the important and necessary conversations we have in our daily life; that centre around sexual orientation and gender identity. It aims to remind people that the issues we reflect on Wear it Purple Day should not only be considered on that particular day… but every day.
I collaborated with Wear It Purple and Amazon's internal LGBTQ+ organization group, Glamazon, to create this face filter for Amazon's employees to show their support towards fostering supportive, safe, empowering, and inclusive environments for rainbow young people. Employees who used the filter and posted a video on their social media stood a chance to win prizes!
